Joining with a code

An invitation is a link, and tapping it on an iPhone with Loam installed opens straight into the app. If you were sent one before installing, open the same link again once Loam is there to catch it. The link is the only way in, so keep it rather than the code — and if it has gone, ask whoever invited you for a fresh one.

A code that will not work

Invitations expire, and the person who sent one can withdraw it. If a code is refused, ask whoever invited you for a fresh link. Nothing is lost by doing that.

Leaving

You can leave from inside the app. Leaving is also how you join a different set of friends, since you are in one at a time.

A drawing that did not save

This should not happen. Every stroke is written to your phone as you finish it, and relaunching after a crash restores the canvas as it was. If you lose work, please write — it is the one bug worth interrupting anything for.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is in Settings, and it takes effect there and then. See Privacy for what it removes and what leaving removes instead. If you would rather ask a person, write to the address above.
