Loam is a few friends drawing each other, every day, from the same prompt. Nearly all of this goes without saying to the people it is written for. It is written down because a drawing of somebody is a thing that can be turned against them, and because everyone should know in advance what happens when one is.
The whole of it
The prompt is about somebody you know, and the joke is meant to land with them rather than on them. Draw people the way you would want to be drawn by somebody who likes you. Everything below is only the places where that stops being a matter of taste.
What is not allowed
Bullying and harassment. A drawing made to humiliate somebody rather than amuse them, or a run of drawings aimed at the same person until it is no longer funny to them.
Anything sexual involving a minor, drawn or otherwise. There is no context in which this is something else. It is reported to the authorities as well as removed.
Sexual drawings of somebody who did not ask to be drawn that way. Loam is for adults, and everyone here has said so, but the person in the prompt did not volunteer for that and cannot take it back afterwards.
Hate. A drawing that goes after somebody for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Threats, and anything meant to frighten somebody rather than to be looked at. Anything unlawful sits here too.
A drawing that is not yours. Submitting one is you saying you made it, which passing off somebody else’s work as a day’s drawing is not.
Passing an invitation to a stranger. An invitation is a link somebody chose to send you. Loam is invitation-only because everyone in it is meant to already know everyone else, and handing a link on is what quietly ends that.
If somebody does it anyway
Block them. It takes effect immediately, needs no reason, and is not announced to them. Their drawings leave your archive and your sticker tray, and yours leave theirs.
Report the drawing. Reporting sits on the drawing itself, beside blocking, and it writes us a message with enough in it to find the drawing you meant. It reaches a person rather than a queue nobody empties. You can report and block, in either order, and blocking somebody does not withdraw a report.

What happens then
Reports are read by a person and answered within a day. A drawing with a credible report against it comes down while it is looked at, rather than after. If it breaks these guidelines it stays down, and the account that submitted it may be closed — for anything sexual involving a minor, always, and without waiting for a second one.
Loam has no automatic filter standing between you and a drawing, and saying otherwise would be a promise it does not keep. What stands there instead is that everybody can see who drew what, everybody is somebody’s friend, reports reach a person the same day, and there is no way for a stranger to reach you at all.
If a drawing of yours came down, or your account was closed, and you think that is wrong, write to the address above and say so. A person reads that too, and will say why unless there is a legal reason not to.
